The details of the phasing of the operation are set out in the specifications. The services are paid for by flat-rate prices. To meet the environmental challenges of its territory and optimally manage runoff, the Grand Port Maritime de Marseille (GPMM) wishes to carry out a Master Plan for Stormwater Management (SDGEP) at the scale of the port enclosure of the West and East Basins, aimed at controlling pollution from stormwater, preventing floods generated by runoff and providing for the development and maintenance of existing infrastructure of the stormwater network. The objective is to obtain the most complete study possible to determine the informed choices and to give a clear vision of the action and investment programs, prioritized.
