The site for the new construction of the day care centre is located on the northwestern outskirts of the district of Niederstimm and directly adjacent to the Protestant Christ Church. The building site with the river Flst. No. 108 is located west of the Christuskirche and is owned by the Markt Manching. The eastern part, the parcel with no. 628/127, is in the possession of the Evangelical Church. This is also where the currently existing and still operated kindergarten is located. The new building of the day care centre will be moved away from the adjacent street area in the north and west as a two-storey building. The positioning of the new building in the northwest corner leads on the access road to a forecourt for arriving, picking up and the parking spaces on the road or to the parking zone in the southwest.
