Description

Gegenstand der Ausschreibung ist die Objektplanung inclusive der Planung der Aufzugsanlage, die Tragwerksplanung und die Bauphysik. Die Leistung des SiGeKo ist innerhalb der Objektplanung als Beraterleistung anzubieten. Des Weiteren umfasst die Ausschreibung die Planung der technischen Gebäudeausrüstung (HLS und Elektro) und die Freianlagenplanung. Im Rahmen des Förderprogramms Stark III des Landes Sachsen-Anhalt wurde vom Landkreis Börde in der 1. Antragsperiode für die Gemeinschaftsschule Eilsleben ein Förderantrag eingereicht. Unter Beachtung der ELER-Richtlinie soll die Schule energetisch und allgemein saniert werden. Der Zuwendungsbescheid liegt mit Datum vom 7.2.2017 vor. Die bereits mit Antragstellung erarbeitete Entwurfsplanung ist Bestandteil dieses Zuwendungsbescheides und ist vollumfänglich umzusetzen.
