Description

As part of the shell work, a one-storey, non-basement fire brigade building with a flat roof will be built in Rietberg. The building consists of a vehicle hall of approx. 875 m ² with a clear height of approx. 5.80 m and a functional, social and administrative area of approx. 1,500 m ² with a room height of approx. 3.50 m. The foundation is made on a 2,354 m ² reinforced concrete floor slab with strip and single foundations. The hall construction is mainly made of precast reinforced concrete parts with precast columns and wall slabs. The roof structure consists of two roof areas and is mostly formed by about 1,420 m ² prestressed concrete hollow body ceilings and about 960 m ² reinforced concrete ceilings. The exterior and interior walls are mainly constructed as sand-lime brick masonry with a total area of around 3,300 m ². The exterior facades receive a double-shelled veneer masonry with core insulation and clinker facing shell.
