Description

The subject of the contract is the service of comprehensive organization of the participation of companies from the Łódź Voivodeship as exhibitors at the COSMOPROF WORLDWIDE BOLOGNA 2026 fair in Bologna (Italy), which will take place between 26-28 March 2026 as part of the project entitled: "InterEuropa - internationalisation of the activities of enterprises from the Łódzkie Voivodeship through participation in trade fair events and expansion to European markets" co-financed by the European Regional Development Fund under the European Funds for Łódzkie 2021-2027 regional programme and from funds from the budget of the Łódzkie Voivodeship. 1. Organisation and holding of a preparatory meeting for participation in COSMOPROF WORLDWIDE BOLOGNA 2026 2. Organisation of participation in COSMOPROF WORLDWIDE BOLOGNA 2026, including: 2.1 Execution of the stand construction project and its implementation in accordance with the guidelines 2.1.1 Provision of stand equipment 2.1.2 Provision of stand maintenance 2.1.3 Provision of stand insurance and its equipment 2.1.4 Optional stand equipment - wellness zone 3. Insurance for participants of the event 4. Translation services 5. Stand assistant service 6. Event coordinator service 7. Transport/forwarding of materials or products 8. Accommodation service 9. Transportation of people 10. Ensuring admission to the fair 11. Additional obligations of the Contractor 12. Responsibilities of the Ordering Party 13. Transfer of copyrights to the subject of the contract. The subject-matter of the contract is described in the Description of the subject-matter of the contract (hereinafter referred to as ‘OPZ’), which is Annex No 1 to the FTZ, which is also Annex No 1 to the draft contract (Annex No 4 to the FTZ).
