Description

The subject-matter of the contract is the supply together with the installation of a fixed telephony system, hereinafter:
The ‘system’, together with the provision of telecommunications services by the Contractor to the Contracting Authority,
within the meaning of the Telecommunications Act of 16 July 2004 (consolidated text: Journal of Laws 2016, item 1489
as amended) and system maintenance services. In respect of the services provided, the Contractor shall:
provide voice communications, facsimile communications and services, calls to directory enquiry services and communications services,
calls to emergency numbers, facilities for the provision of the above-mentioned services.
