The subject of this contract is the conclusion of a contract with a single contractor following a procedure under Article 18(1)(1) of the Public Procurement Act (ZOP) for the selection of an active net electricity supplier and a coordinator of a balancing group for sites owned by TP ‘DGS Gotse Delchev’ for a period of 36 months, as well as the performance of all activities in accordance with the requirements of the contracting authority, as detailed in the Technical Specifications.
