Description

4.1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest wykonanie dokumentacji projektowej dla zadania „Budowa budynku Prokuratury Rejonowej w Wejherowie”. 4.2. Zakres przedmiotu zamówienia obejmuje: 1) zakres podstawowy: opracowanie dokumentacji projektowej budowy budynku Prokuratury Rejonowej w Wejherowie wraz z modelem BIM, 2) zakres objęty prawem opcji: pełnienie nadzoru autorskiego wielobranżowego podczas realizacji robót budowlanych. Szczegółowe określenie zakresu przedmiotu zamówienia zawarte jest w Załączniku nr 1 do OPIW pn. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia, zwany dalej „SOPZ”. Wymagania wskazane w Załączniku nr 1 do OPiW należy traktować jako przedmiot zamówienia oraz opis potrzeb Zamawiającego i wskazanie cech usług stanowiących przedmiot zamówienia a także minimalne wymagania dotyczące opisu przedmiotu zamówienia lub realizacji zamówienia, niepodlegające negocjacjom, które muszą spełnić wszystkie oferty.
