Description

1. The subject-matter of the contract is the comprehensive supply of electricity (supply and distribution service) between 1 January 2024 and 31 December 2024 up to 50 consumption points (EPP) described in detail in Annex 1 to the SWZ (EPP list), with a total estimated volume of 1 049 420 kWh. 2. The investigation covered the EPP in which PV installations are/will be installed: (1) customers have the status of Prosumer – the installation was connected to the DSO network in 2021 and billing is carried out in the net-metering system – item 24-38 in Annex 1 to the SCI 2) the customer, once the installation has been connected to the DSO network (planned deadline for connection January 2024), will have the status of Producer – concerns 2 EPP. The contracting authority informs that, if it is necessary to conclude a separate contract for the sale of excess energy produced in a micro-installation, it will conclude a contract based on the contractor’s model. Details of the capacity of the installation and the amount of energy to be resold are set out in Annex 1 to the SCI.
