Description

Der AG ist in seinem Verbandsgebiet Insel Rügen/Ummanz/Hiddensee für die öffentliche Wasserversorgung und Abwasserentsorgung zuständig. Für diese Aufgaben benötigt der AG kontinuierlich Material, das im Wesentlichen für Instandhaltungsmaßnahmen (Reparaturen und Havarievorbehalt) und Hausanschlussneuverlegungen bestimmt ist. Die bedarfsgerechte Belieferung soll überwiegend in das Lager Ringstraße 131 a, 18528 Bergen auf Rügen (Betriebsstandort) erfolgen. Im Bedarfsfall soll die Belieferung auch in die Außenlager des AG oder auf bestimmte Baustellen im Verbandsgebiet, im Havariefall kurzfristig und auch außerhalb der üblichen Öffnungszeiten erfolgen. Es soll ein Rahmenvertrag über die Lieferung von ca. 830 verschiedenen Vertragsprodukten geschlossen werden. Dieser enthält allgemeine Vorschriften und lagerspezifische Bestimmungen, die für alle Vertragsprodukte gelten und Vorgaben für das zu liefernde Material.
