Upphandlingen som benämns vid namn "Skafferiavtal" avser ett kompletterande ramavtal för livsmedel och förbrukningsvaror på konsumentförpacknings nivå. Syftet med ramavtalet är att tillgodose de olika beställande verksamheters behov av mindre/akuta komplementköp av livsmedel, hygienartiklar mm. samt eventuella pedagogiska inköp. Med som avtalspart är även Stenungsundshem.
