Description

The subject of the public contract is the negotiation of a Framework Agreement containing the framework contractual conditions for the performance of individual partial contracts, the subject of which is the granting of licences (right of use) for Camunda software products, according to the requirements of individual members of the association of contracting entities in connection with the acquisition of performance under the Framework Agreement. The precise definition of the subject of public contracts awarded on the basis of the Framework Agreement and other requirements for its implementation, including information, conditions, specifications and other data, are specified in detail in Part 3 of the Tender Documentation. A framework agreement within the meaning of Section 131 of the Act shall be concluded with one Supplier. Partial contracts will be concluded on the basis of the Framework Agreement in accordance with the conditions specified in Part 3 of this Tender Documentation. The contracting authority will, on the basis of the Framework Agreement, in the manner specified therein, always order performance in time and to the extent according to its current needs.
