The Rotkreuzklinik Lindenberg is sponsored by the sistership Munich des Bayerischer Roten Kreuz e.V. and is listed in the 2016 Bavarian Hospital Needs Plan with 184 plan beds (56 surgical beds, 10 beds of gynaecology, 8 beds HNO, 91 beds Innere Medicine, 3 beds for children’s clinics, 1 bed orthopaedia, 15 beds of urology).
In 1963, after only three years of construction, the house was inaugurated with 200 beds and officially handed over to the nursery.
In 1977/1978, a functional and bed tract was added to the medical infrastructure. The number of beds increased from 180 to 240 patient beds. The refurbishment and re-creation of OP rooms, intensive service and nuclear medicine covered the range of the house.
A Physical Department and Cafe were created in 1995.
In September 2004, the first phase of the General Remediation was completed. It included the façade, the heating centre, the kitchen, the staff cover and the innovative central patient reception. With the 2nd The construction phase completed in 2008 was mostly implemented to optimise the internal processes in the operation and anaesthetic area.
In 2015, 30 oncology beds and a palliative station with 10 beds were integrated.
