Description

1. The subject of the contract covers the purchase of server equipment for the Border Guard ICT platform, known as ‘equipment’, in accordance with the following:
A. Type I server equipment with a total of 12 sets under the basic contract,
B. Type II server equipment with 72 sets under the basic contract,
Type II server equipment up to 22 sets under an option contract,
C. The Type III server equipment in a quantity of 2 sets under the basic contract,
Type III server equipment up to 2 sets under a contract covered by an option right,
D. Type IV server equipment with a total of 5 sets under the basic contract,
2. The minimum guarantee and support period required for the equipment delivered shall be 48 months from the date of signature of the delivery acceptance report.
