Užsakovas, siekdamas sėkmingai įgyvendinti Administracinės paskirties (7.2) pastatų Žirmūnų g. 151, Vilnius rekonstravimo projektą (A laida) (toliau – Projektas) ir Rangos sutartį, perka FIDIC inžinieriaus ir statybos techninės priežiūros paslaugas (toliau – paslaugos). Tiekėjas turi suteikti Užsakovui paslaugas, kurių detalusis aprašymas ir reikalavimai yra nustatyti pirkimo sutarties, sudaromos pagal FIDIC baltosios knygos sąlygas, 1 priede. Tiekėjas turi suteikti paslaugas statybos darbų, vykdytinų pagal Projektą ir Rangos Sutartį, metu.
