Description and volume of the subject of the contract: Carrying out repairs of hygiene and household units in the Malashevtsi AP building. The subject matter of the contract shall include: a/ execution of works, including: a.1/ ongoing renovations of buildings falling within the territory of the Malashevtsi Administrative Park, in accordance with point 1 of Article 151(1) of the Spatial Development Act; Within the meaning of § 5, item 43 of the Additional Provisions of the Spatial Planning Act, ongoing repairs are activities for improving and maintaining in working order the buildings, buildings, facilities and installations, as well as internal reconstructions, which do not: - affects the construction of the building; - carry out activities such as removing, moving existing walls and making holes in them when they affect the construction of the building; - changes the purpose of the premises and the loads in them. b/ supply and use of the necessary and compliant with the technical specifications construction materials and products necessary for the execution of the construction; c/ rectification of defects during the warranty periods set out in the public procurement contract on the basis of Article 160(4) of the Spatial Development Act.
