Description

This lot is subject to a new consultation procedure after the same lot has been declared unresolved in the context of the procedure launched on 07/08/2024, published in BOAMP/JOUE, as well as on the eguadeloupe buyer profile. The failure to act results from the lack of precision of the data relayed in the price sheet attached to the CED, with the direct consequence of a poor apprehension of the need to be met by the candidates for the contract. The services shall be provided within the territory of the Guadeloupe Region [NUTS code: FRY10]. The duration of the contracts shall be 4 years and 10 months (from 01 September 2025 to 06 July 2030). The attention of each candidate is drawn to the fact that, if he is chosen to be the holder of this contract, he may have an obligation, in accordance with the provisions of Article 47 of the Regional Collective Agreement on Road Transport and Auxiliary Transport Activities of Guadeloupe of 30 May 2011, to take back certain staff of the incumbent, assigned to the school transport services covered herein. This contract is concluded for a period of four (4) years and 10 (ten) months (school years) from the date on which the services commence. The start date of the services is set at 01 September 2025 as set by the Rector of the Academy of Guadeloupe. The contract ends on the last day of the school year 2029-2030 as determined by the Rector of the Academy of Guadeloupe
