1. Subject-matter of the contract: ‘Supply of fish for the needs of childcare facilities in the municipality of Svishtov’ with the following lots: Lot 1 – Fish; Lot 2 – Organic food – Fish. 2. Description of the subject of the contract: Estimated quantities over a period of 1 year: For Lot No 1 Supply of fish – 2 600 kg. For Lot 2 Supply of organic food products – fish – 200 kg. Supplies for individual types of food/goods must comply with the cut requirements set out in this technical specification. Each delivery shall be attested by a document showing the date of manufacture of the product concerned and the expiry date. All food products must comply with the quality requirements, the standards of the respective producers and the current regulations of the Republic of Bulgaria and the EU regulations regulating the production, supply and transport of food products in the country. The quantities of products specified in the technical specifications for the lots are estimated (indicative) and not constant for the period of performance of the contract. The contracting authority reserves the right to increase or decrease the quantities of the respective food products and goods during the performance of the contract, as well as not to declare the entire assortment in connection with the actual need for consumption of the serviced sites.
