De onderhavige uitvraag heeft betrekking op een integraal ontwerpteam, hetgeen wil zeggen dat de aanbestedende dienst aan één partij opdracht zal verstrekken voor het opstellen en uitwerken van het ontwerp. Deze partij is verantwoordelijk voor een integraal ontwerp van de ver- en nieuwbouw van het NSD en het binnen- en buitenmuseum Batavialand. integraal ontwerp van de ver- en nieuwbouw van het NSD en het binnen- en buitenmuseum Batavialand bestaande uit (niet uitputtend) de volgende disciplines: • Inmeten terrein en bestaande gebouwen 3D inmeting • Geotechnisch onderzoek en funderingsadvies • Milieukundig onderzoek • Archeologisch onderzoek • Integraal architectonisch ontwerp (exterieur- en nagelvaste interieurinrichting) • Sloopadvies • Onderhoudsadvies • Kostenmanagement • Constructie advies • E- & W-installatie advies • Advies bouwfysica, brandveiligheid, akoestiek en duurzaamheid • BIM management (BIM-coördinatie aan de hand van BIM-protocol en plan van aanpak) • Opstellen uitvoerbaar integrale (STABU)contracten, tw. Sloop- bouw- en installatietechniek.
