Description

EXECUTION OF NETWORK ENTRY WORKS PROVIDED FOR IN ATR/CREIP IN DOBROGEA REGION Execution of works to strengthen the low and medium voltage electrical networks provided for in ATR/CREIP issued by the Romanian Power Grids – Dobrogea Operational Region. The hardening works are carried out upstream of the connection point, in order to create the technical conditions necessary for the connection of the users. The works consist of: - Replacement/assembly of conductor/triphase LEA JT - Replacement/assembly of conductor LEA MT - Replacement/assembly of LEA JT and MT poles - Mounting of LES JT and MT - Amplification of electrical transformers - Replacement of PTA with PTAB - Mounting of new PTAB/PTA - Replacement/assembly of JT panels to PTA/PTAB - Replacement/assembly of street cassettes/spides JT - Replacement/assembly of electrical connections - Replacement/assembly of BMPM/BMPT Minimum and maximum estimated quantities of the framework agreement: According to the price schedule (Form F11), attached to this documentation. The estimated value of the largest subsequent contract is 2,500,000 lei, excluding VAT Interested economic operators can request clarifications / additional information until the 20th day before the deadline for submission of tenders. To the extent that requests for clarification or additional information have been addressed within the time limit laid down in the contract notice, the Contracting Entity shall respond clearly and completely on the 11th day before the closing date for the submission of tenders (Conf prev art.172 al (2) and 173 al (1) of the updated Law 99/2016). The contracting entity will respond only to requests for clarifications sent by economic operators by the deadline set, in accordance with Article 29(3) of Government Decision No 394/2016.
