Description

Waste declaration: Registration for a supplier conference for user support Monday 2 December at 10:00. We hereby invite tenderers to a market dialogue in connection with the planned announcement of user support for the products Waste Declaration and Tilde. The planned dialogue shall be held Monday 2 December at 10:00. It will be possible to participate via teams or physically in our premises in Oslo, address Grensesvingen 7. Avfallsdeklarering.no has been around since 2015 as a solution for declaring hazardous waste in Norway. The Norwegian Environment Agency envisages covering the need with two or if possible a tenderer to cover both technical and waste enquiries. Avfallsdeklarering.no will be launched in a new version in 2025 and major changes are expected in the need for user support in the introduction period and in the long term a strong reduction due to an improved system. Tilde shall be a solution to digitalise relevant processes for the exercise of the authority in accordance with the Climate Act, the Pollution Act as well as product inspections in accordance with the Product Control Act. The project has been going on since 2020 and the solution is taking over for the ICT system Pollution which has been around since 2006. Important new functionality will be launched simultaneously for all government managers in 2025, which is expected to lead to a great need for guidance and user support. The Norwegian Environment Agency would like input from tenderers on how the procurement can be carried out in the best possible way. What is possible in the market and how to solve the need we have in the best possible way in relation to it. Agenda: Welcome Inform why you have invited, who you are and what you would like to achieve with the dialogue. Presentation of the procurement plan and needs. Questions and discussion The road ahead
