At the end of the acceptance tests, a pre-acceptance protocol will be signed. Certificates of calibration of system components together with calibration gases and instruments used for acceptance tests will be provided, 3. A week before shipment, the Contractor is obliged to inform the Ordering Party about the Contractor's readiness to carry out the delivery covered by the contract, 4. The commissioning of the system will be carried out at the seat of the Ordering Party. In terms of acceptance, the following tests will be carried out: -linearity verification of the measured gaseous components (≥11 split points), -leakage check of all PN sampling lines, analysers and sampling system, -validation test carried out on the chassis dynamometer of a passenger vehicle in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2017/1151, Annex IIIA, as amended, including Regulation (EU) 2023/443. The validation results shall meet the requirements of Table A6/1 of Appendix 6 to the above-mentioned Regulation, -testing of on-road exhaust emissions of one passenger vehicle and one heavy-duty vehicle. 5.
