Description

1.Detailed requirements and a description of the subject of the contract are contained in the following annexes to the FTZ: 1) Annex 1 to the FTZ – Description of the subject-matter of the contract (OPZ); 2) Annex 1a to the FTZ - a list of internal and external areas covered by the contract and the required frequency of work (tables 1 to 5); 3) Annex 1b to the FTZ - requirements for cleaning products (Table I), equipment and equipment (Table II). 4) Annex 4 to the FTZ – Model contract. 2. The Ordering Party provides for the exercise of the Option Law (hereinafter referred to as OPTION) in the scope of performing cleaning services in accordance with the rules provided for the implementation of Task No. 1 at the premises of the Łukasiewicz Research Network - Institute of Aviation in Warsaw, al. Krakowska 110/114 – extension of the scope of the service by one additional building (CTG building).
