Description

The subject of the public contract is to provide comprehensive support for the operation and necessary service development of the Agenda and Information System of the State Environmental Fund of the Czech Republic (hereinafter also referred to as the ‘AIS of the State Environmental Fund of the Czech Republic’, the ‘IS’ or the ‘System’). The subject-matter of the contract shall include: - Support for the operation of the System, to be paid for on a flat-rate basis, which, taken as a whole, is as follows: a) Hosting and Operating support, the content of which is mainly to ensure the operation of the AIS of the State Environment Fund of the Czech Republic (for a more detailed definition, see Articles 5 and 6 of Annex 1 to the ZD – draft contract); b) Incident resolution, the content of which will be the resolution and elimination of Incidents affecting the Infrastructure (for a more detailed definition, see Article 7 of Annex 1 to the ZD – draft contract); c) Updating and Prophylaxis of the System (for a more detailed definition, see Article 8 of Annex 1 to the ZD – Draft Contract). - Necessary service development of the System, which will be paid for in the time & material mode, and will include the implementation of the System or Infrastructure Upgrade by the Supplier on the basis of the concluded partial contract, i.e. the Supplier's offer confirmed by the Contracting Authority and preceded by the Contracting Authority's order. At the same time, if, in the course of performance of the subject of the public contract, it proves to be absolutely necessary to perform an optimization of the System, which will ensure faster, more stable and safer operation of the System, this optimization will also be carried out as part of the services of the necessary service development of the System (for a more detailed definition, see Article 9 of Annex 1 to the ZD – draft contract).Further details concerning the description and scope of the subject of performance of this public contract are set out in Annex 2 to the ZD – Technical Specification of the Environment, Annex 1 to the ZD – Draft Contract and its Annexes G and H.
