Description

This service will provide an extensive electrical, visual and structural characterisation of the structures produced in the project. In order to ensure optimal development of the complex plant-process/material correlations, the contractor’s employees will regularly and in close cooperation with the Aixtron SE premises monitor the technical improvements to the coating acquisition and the complete material production processes. Electronic and opto-electronic test structures and components will also be manufactured and tested as a follow-up. The data obtained should be correlated with the production method and plant hardware in order to gain a thorough understanding.
