Description

Every day 100,000 users circulate within the CELP. The building develops approximately 91,000 m2 including 24,000 m2 for transport services 30,000 m2 for car parks and the rest is occupied by shops, associations and technical premises. This building symbol of modernity, at its inauguration, offers great functionality in the heart of the peninsula which gives it a great urban and functional value. However, after half a century of operation, CELP calls for regeneration in order to adapt it to current environmental and social challenges. This is why the Métropole de Lyon has embarked on a vast real estate operation aimed at restoring value to the CELP. This rehabilitation will take place through the implementation of several interlocking operations combining several mastery of works. Given the interweaving in space and time of the operations aimed at the rehabilitation of PEM Perrache, it is essential that interfaces and interactions are managed as part of a global inter-site OPC mission to prioritize interventions and control the work and interface intervention of all these operations. The task of the CIU will be to: -Collect information from the dedicated coordinators for each of the operations identified in the different phases -Establish the global directory of the operation -Establish the general inter-site planning by identifying the critical tasks -Establish the reporting to the project management -Establish the minutes of the coordination meeting organized at its initiative or at the initiative of the project management -Make the necessary alerts and propose the necessary interventions to respect the schedule Text automatically translated in your browsing language Automatically translated
