Description

The subject of the envisaged public procurement will be the supply of natural gas, including the provision of transmission, distribution, structuring and assumption of responsibility for the derogation for the delivery points identified in Annex 1. The subject of the planned public procurement will also be the supply of electricity with responsibility for the deviation and the provision of distribution and all related services for two years for the delivery points identified in Annex 2. The purpose of the preparatory market consultations shall be to inform and reach out to economic operators involved in the supply of natural gas and electricity to the delivery points identified in Annexes 1 and 2. The aim of PTI is to inform the market about the planned procurement and, in particular, to verify and subsequently establish realistic, objective and reasonable requirements for the performance of the subject-matter of the contract by relevant and experienced economic operators, so that the planned procurement promotes open competition. The contracting authority intends to consult on issues related to the conditions of the tender, in particular • the duration of the contractual relationship • the method of purchase • the invoicing conditions The PTI will also include the determination of the estimated value of the contract. The contracting authority shall take into account the indicative price quotations of participants provided in the further planning and subsequent implementation of the procurement procedure.
