The Guadeloupe Region is planning to launch a service contract procedure for the implementation of vocational training measures under FRP 2026-2029, in particular in the area of the security of goods and associated persons and fields (certifications and professional titles). Certain training measures envisaged under this contract will require specific authorisations, authorisations, certifications or administrative authorisations (in particular in the fields of boating, safety, sports or maritime supervision). These requirements, which may vary according to the nature of the training measures concerned, will be specified in the WFD.
