The Guadeloupe Region is planning to launch a service contract procedure for the implementation of vocational training measures under FRP 2026-2029, in particular in the area of the security of goods and associated persons and fields (certifications and professional titles). The business consultation file (BCD) will be available on the electronic platform: www.eguadeloupe.com. Contract duration: 12 months, renewable twice Planned notification: May 2026. This pre-information notice is published for information purposes only and does not entail the opening of the call for competition or any commitment on the part of the contracting authority as to the date of launch, the content or the details of the future procedure. Certain training measures envisaged under this contract will require specific authorisations, authorisations, certifications or administrative authorisations (in particular in the fields of boating, safety, sports or maritime supervision). These requirements, which may vary according to the nature of the training measures concerned, will be specified in the WFD. The purpose of this pre-information notice is, in particular, to enable the economic operators concerned to anticipate the steps necessary to obtain these approvals, if necessary
