Description

1. The subject of the contract is successive collection from the Waste Management Plant in Koniecń and from the Municipal Waste Transhipment Station in Rawicz (hereinafter: SPKO Rawicz), Municipal Waste Transhipment Station in Gola (hereinafter: SPKO Gola) large-size waste with code 20 03 07 partially devoid of loose elements of wooden origin and their transport and transfer to the installation for management, in the recovery process R. The method of management of the waste in question must comply with the applicable legal provisions and decisions held by the Contractor 2. Pursuant to Article 95 of the Public Procurement Law, the Contracting Authority requires that persons performing the subject-matter of the contract, in the scope of supervision over the performance of the contract in the comprehensive scope, i.e. the organisation of waste transport, activities related to the transfer of waste to the installation for management in the R recovery process, services related to the maintenance of appropriate documentation, are employed on the basis of an employment contract within the meaning of Article 22(1)(b) and (c) of the Act. 1 of the Act of 26.06.1974 Labor Code (Journal of Laws No. Journal of Laws 2018, item 917 as amended). A detailed description of the subject of the contract is attached as Annex 9 to the FTZ, 3. The contracting authority provides for the possibility of awarding the contract referred to in Art. 1 point 7 of the Public Procurement Law, consisting in the repetition of similar services within 3 years from the date of awarding the basic contract to the existing Contractor of services, at the level of 100% of the estimated value of the contract, if necessary on the part of the Employer, and the funds will be provided for in the Employer's budget.
