Description

The subject of the contract is the successive delivery (according to the needs of the Contracting Authority) of a winter tyre for cars and vans.
2. The contracting authority shall require that the tyre offered be new, complying with all applicable safety standards, free from defects preventing its use as intended, with characteristics not less than those specified by the Contracting Authority and the manufacturer indicated by the Contractor.
3. In order to confirm that the supplies offered meet the requirements of the Contracting Authority, the Contractor must attach to the tender a declaration of honour
(model – Annex 5 to the ToR) that the tyres offered in the Price Form:
(a) has an approval certificate (as appropriate to the type of tyre) issued in accordance with UNECE Regulation No 30.02 for the tyres to vehicles designated by the Contracting Authority;
(b) is marked with a symbol confirming that the tyre complies with all applicable safety standards (DST symbol or equivalent).
