Description

In der Maßnahme werden bei den küchentechnischen Anlagen folgende Komponenten ausgeführt; Küchenmöbel wie Regale, Waschbecken aus Edelstahl, Koch- und Bratgeräte. Bei den Koch-/ und Bratgeräten handelt es sich um Heißumluft- und Dampfgeräte 20 x 1/1 GN, Kochkessel 150l, Druckgargeräte, Multifunktionalgeräte und Herd mit 4 Platten. Des Weiteren sind in der Ausgabe Kühlvitrinen, Kühlplatten, Kühlwannen und Kühlschränke mit Sichtanspruch auszuführen. Weitere Großgeräte sind Bandspülmaschine, Spüle und Topfspülmaschine. Insgesamt sind ca. 117 Ausstattungsgegenstände Bestandteil der Ausschreibung.
