The Ministry of Education, Culture and Science (hereinafter: min OCW) wants to conclude a service agreement with one Contractor for the next 4 years, supplemented by 2 option years. The nature of the assignment is that in the event of a serious IB (information security) incident it is important to respond to the situation as quickly as possible with the right people and parties and to deploy (external) expertise where possible. By means of this tender, the Ministry of Education, Culture and Science wishes to contract one Contractor, for example for support with this form of IB incidents, response and recovery actions.
