1. The subject of the contract is the preparation of design documentation along with obtaining the final decision on the construction permit and performing author's supervision for the task called: ‘Basic School No 19 of Merited People of the Sea at 6 Emilii Hoene Street in Gdańsk – Improving energy efficiency in school buildings belonging to GMG.’ The contract provides for the development of complete design documentation for the comprehensive modernisation of the school building in order to reduce the costs of its maintenance and operation and to reduce the impact of its impact on the environment. 2. The scope of project work includes the execution by the Contractor of all studies, analyses, arrangements and activities necessary for the preparation of complete, multi-branch project documentation, including: 1) Pre-project studies prepared by the Contractor: - Map for design purposes on a scale of 1:500; - Inventory of school buildings; - Energy audit of the gym building; - Construction and technical-installation solutions referring to the conditions of the site; - Technical construction and construction expertise of school buildings; - Industry expertise; - Geotechnical documentation; - Mycological examination of the object; - chimney sweep expertise; - Natural inventory, including chiropterological and ornithological; - Dendrological documentation of the investment; - Materials for obtaining derogations from the applicable technical conditions (including obtaining a decision on the above-mentioned derogations) - optional; - Technical and implementation conditions, agreements, consents and permits related to the connection or modification of existing connections of facilities to external networks and communication system; -Other studies which will prove necessary during the design work. 2) Project tasks related to the comprehensive thermomodernization of the school building and improvement of the energy efficiency of the building and the school area. 3) Project tasks related to the modernization and renovation of school buildings with possible reconstructions. 3. The detailed scope of the contract and the conditions of implementation are set out in the description of the subject of the contract, which is attached as Annex 8 to the FTZ.
