Description

In the context of the Franekeradeel – Harlingen GebiedsDevelopment Project, Phase 2, the waterfall specifications de Mamen e.o. were drawn up. The specifications include improving water management in the rural area south of Tzummarum in the municipality of Franekeradeel. Within this framework, water management over a length of approximately 12 000 m will be improved. This is done through the construction of nature-friendly Oevers (NVO) and the extension of (head) watercourses. It will also replace and/or construct structures such as, inter alia, insertion and stowage. In the framework of work-to-work, water disposal areas (overruns) will be optimised.
