Description

The subject matter of the entire contract for the construction and adaptation of the building located in Kraków on plot No 30 of Nowa Huta (covered by the Land Book No KR1P/00209060/8) at ul. In Załęcz 2, for the premises of the Kraków City Council Archives. The scope of the procurement covers: demolition works, reconstruction of existing building A, construction of new seven storage halls functionally linked to Building A and land development.
The scope of lot 1 covers the execution of the works and other activities necessary for the execution of the investment, in particular:
(1) carrying out the necessary demolition works,
2) refurbishment of the existing “A” building,
3. Extension of the ‘A’ building with hall No 1, No 2 and bridges,
4) greening (crubber felling, planting),
5) execution of the technical infrastructure,
6) land development in so far as it makes it possible to use the investment,
7) fitting-out of the building,
(8) obtaining, in the name and on behalf of the Contracting Authority, a decision authorising the use of the investment.
