Germany-Denklingen: Engineering design services for mechanical and electrical installations for buildings

Construction of a new Civic and Association Centre of Denklingen.
The objective of the action is to create a centre where the citizens of thinkers, but also associations (including VfL Denklingen, Schützenverein Denklingen, Music Club Denklingen and Land Youth Group) have a central place for meeting and social events, but also family festivals.
The user needs programme mainly includes the following areas (NF or TF):
— VfL Denklingen: 277 to 296 m² NF (including changing booths with showers, equipment rooms, garages for club vehicles and office space),
— Schützenverein Denklingen: 325 to 352 m² NF (including shooting range, gun chamber and inspection room),
— Musical association Denklingen: 206 to 213 m² NF (including test rooms and garage for trailers),
— Rural youth group: 90 to 95 m² NF (inter alia group room and storage space),
— Citizens’ centre/room area: 1059 to 1.165 m² NF (e.g. foyer/reception area for seating events up to 150 people, citizens’ room for events up to approximately 400 people in rows/up to 300 people at tables plus dance space/up to about 750 people for music and party events, stage and platform, technical and storage areas),
— Catering, kitchen and storage areas: 214 to 264 m² NF (including full kitchens, storage and cold rooms),
— Central technology: 270 to 383 m² TF,
— Restaurant: 379 to 439 m² NF (e.g. top, main guest room, secondary room, cone and bowling railways, sanitary areas),
— Outdoor and outdoor fixtures (including, inter alia, football with partially weather-protected booths, secondary playground football, art turfoot pitch, beachvolleyball pitch, playground, washroom, warehouse, car park, beer garden with grill area, toilet areas and outdoor storage space).
Construction is scheduled to start in spring 2017. Construction completion is planned 2 years later.
The purpose of this invitation to tender is to select an appropriate technical planning office for technical equipment, plant groups 4-6, service phases 1-9 in accordance with Section 53 et seq. of the HOAI.
With regard to lighting, the contracting authority intends to switch on a separate lighting planner. This means that only partial services will have to be provided by the Technical Planning Office in this respect and cost group 445 will only be allocated pro rata to the eligible costs.
