Description

The subject of the contract is the provision by the Contractors selected in the procedure (hereinafter also referred to as Financial Intermediaries) of a service consisting in the establishment, management and operation of the Specific Fund through which the Business Loan Financial Instrument will be implemented. The Financial Intermediary will perform the service in particular by granting, paying and settling support in the form of Unit Loans granted to qualified enterprises from the Wielkopolska Region (Final Recipients), as well as by managing the built Portfolio of Unit Loans. The conditions under which the Individual Loans will be granted are described in the Model Operating Agreement constituting the Draft Provisions of the Agreement (Annex 2 to the SWZ). Contractors who meet the conditions for participation in the procedure, described in detail in the RVU and who are not subject to exclusion, in the cases referred to in the RVU, may apply for the award of the Contract. One Contractor, whether acting alone or as part of a consortium, may apply for the execution of only one Lot. The Ordering Party will make a separate assessment and selection of the most advantageous Offer for each of the Parts of the Order. Operational Agreements with Financial Intermediaries selected as a result of the procedure will be concluded separately for each Part of the Order. The maximum period for the execution of the Order for each of the Parts of the Order is 97 months for the basic scope + 22 months if the Ordering Party exercises the Option Law, subject to the obligation to actively pursue any unsatisfied claims after this period, on the terms set out in the Operational Agreement, the model of which is Annex 2 to the SWZ.
