The purpose of the consultation is to provide an irrevocable right of use (IRU) for a connection in black optical fibre (FON) between the end points described in the CCTP and their maintenance in operational condition.
This consultation is part of a grouping of orders in partnership with: Caen Rectorate, Orne Departmental Council, Normandy Region and Normandy Regional Computing and Digital Application Centre (CRIANN). CRIANN is the coordinator of the group.
In the context of this contract, only the Normandy Region and CRIANN express needs for services.
Once the framework agreement has been awarded, the establishments are responsible for the implementation of the framework agreement and issue the order forms relating to their needs.
