Description

Subscription maintenance of lifting equipment includes periodic functional inspections, preventive activities and the performance of maintenance activities in accordance with the requirements of the Ordinance on the safe operation and technical supervision of lifting equipment, adopted by Council of Ministers Decree No 199 of 10 September 2010, published in State Gazette No 73 of 17 September 2010, currently in force. ESO EAD - UMER Ruse, as a user of lifting equipment, ensures maintenance and repair of lifting equipment by persons entered in the register referred to in Article 36(1) of the ZTIP, as persons performing these activities and who have obtained a certificate to that effect from the President of the State Agency for Metrological and Technical Surveillance or officials authorised by him from the Inspectorate for State Technical Supervision General Directorate. Maintenance of lifting equipment refers to the device of the lifting manipulator (automotive cranes, excavators designed to work with a hook, grab or electromagnet, etc.) and is not relevant to the maintenance of the base vehicle.
