Description

KL-Kuntahankinnat Oy puts out to tender for substitute healthcare services on behalf of its customers located in different parts of Finland.
The procurement is divided into two areas. A. General substitute services and B. standby services.
The requirements of Annex 4.1 “Specific requirements for standby services” apply only to Component B. Remunerated on-call services.
The minimum requirements for the subject of the contract are set out in the section of the invitation to tender on the criteria for the subject of the contract and in the annexes to the invitation to tender, all of which form an integral part of the invitation to tender.
The services provided must meet all the requirements set out as mandatory in the invitation to tender and its annexes.
