The subject of this contract is the rental of new passenger cars and new light vans (hereinafter referred to as ‘goods’ or ‘cars’) (including services related to their maintenance, such as car warranty, car repair, maintenance, state roadworthiness tests, etc.). The buyer has a pre-emptive right to purchase the selected car(s) for the residual value of the car(s) specified in the offer throughout the car rental period and for one month after the expiry of the car(s) rental term. The transfer of ownership rights to the Vehicle(s) chosen by the Buyer shall be formalised by signing the Agreement on the acquisition of the Vehicle(s) for the residual value and the Vehicle(s) transfer-acceptance act, which must be signed by the Parties no later than within 5 (five) working days from the date of signing the Agreement on the acquisition of the Vehicle(s) for the residual value (Annex 3 to the Agreement). The procurement is divided into 2 (two) sub-objects: 1. Lot 1 – rental of new passenger cars (7 units); 2. Lot 2 is the rental of new light vans (2 units).
