Description

The Assignment consists of the following activities and/or deliverables: - Monitoring room services (24/7: including alerting, follow-up and reporting. - Opening round: open objects, disable security, first checks. - Fire and closing round: control building, shutdown and enable security. - Alarm monitoring: in the event of burglary, fire, robbery and technical reports (24/7), including first-line handling and external surveillance in the event of a breakdown. - Deploy Security Host: reception tasks, reception of visitors, telephony, supervision, first aid / emergency room and emergency report. - Deployment of Security Officer reception locations: Permanent presence at reception locations for monitoring, law enforcement, signalling, social security, guiding residents, acting in case of emergencies, carrying out emergency response tasks (shift leader), camera surveillance, support with logistics and day-to-day reporting. The following activities are optional within the Assignment - this means that you must offer them, but we will decide at a later date whether we use them: - Open/close on request outside regular times. - Additional surveillance rounds. - Deployment Security Officer (on call). - First technical emergency measures (e.g. glass breakage, hinges and locks). - Adjustment of time schedules and control room instructions. The following activities remain explicitly outside the scope of the Assignment: - Technical construction or replacement of security installations. - Cybersecurity and digital access. - Management/installation of alarm or IT systems outside operational use.
