Description

Die Baustelle liegt entlang der Frankenwaldstr. 2 - 6, 13589 Berlin im Stadtteil Spandau, welche über die Falkenseer Chaussee bzw. die Pionierstraße erreichbar ist. Der Hausriegel Frankenwaldstraße 8 - 12 liegt ist über den Hermann-Schmidt-Weg erreichbar. Im Rahmen der energetischen Modernisierung der beiden Gebäuderiegel sollen moderne Fenster und im Anschluss ein neues WDVS-System verbaut werden. Die einzelnen Baumaßnahmen erfolgen nicht Zug um Zug, sondern zeitversetzt.
