Subject-matter of the contract 1) The subject-matter of the contract is the supply of broken aggregate as part of the investment task entitled: ‘Renovation of road D/11/886 – Sniezka Forest District’. (2) Names and codes relating to the subject-matter of the contract as defined in the Common Procurement Vocabulary (CPV): Main CPV code: 14212300-3 – crushed or split stone 3) The subject matter of the contract includes the purchase and successive delivery to the place of incorporation (location of the investment task) of the following materials: a) Breaked aggregate with a continuous grain fraction of 0/31,5 mm in the amount of 970,00 tons, b) Breaked aggregate with a continuous grain fraction of 0/63 mm in the amount of 1 900,00 tons, c) Breaked aggregate with a continuous grain fraction of 0/8 mm in the amount of 25,00 tons. 4) Moisture of the broken aggregate indicated above at the time of delivery must not exceed 12% 5) Other information is contained in Chapter 3 of the SWZ.
