Open procedure for the award of a public contract for: ‘Supply of toners and other print supplies for copiers and printers’, with 6 lots: Lot 1 ‘Supply of original toners and other print supplies for HP and former Samsung copiers and printers’; Lot 2 ‘Supply of original toners and other print supplies for Brother (Brader) and Canon (Canon) copiers and printers’; Lot 3 ‘Supply of original toners and other consumables for Lexmark stamp copiers and printers’; Lot 4 ‘Supply of original toners and other print supplies for Xerox copiers and printers’; Lot 5 ‘Supply of original toners and other print supplies for copiers and printers of different brands’; Lot 6 ‘Supply of compatible toners and other print supplies for copiers and printers’. As a result of the contract, six framework agreements (FWCs) are expected to be concluded with a duration of 18 months, with the first three ranked participants. By way of exception, it is permissible to conclude a FWC with two contractors if only two suitable bids are available or ranked, on the basis of the definition in § 2(25) of the Additional Provisions of the Public Procurement Act. The contracting authorities will conclude contracts under Article 82(1) of the Public Procurement Act on their own, within the limits of their approved budgets. Part of the procurement envisaged in the scope of the contract could be financed by funds from European Union programmes or funds, or by other international donors or financial institutions at the discretion of the contracting authorities, which would not lead to an amendment of the framework agreements.
