Description

Die Vorhabensbeschreibung des Landes Vorarlberg zur Errichtung des Stadttunnel Feldkirchs sah ursprünglich einen Abtransport des Tunnelausbruchsmaterials per Schienennetz vor. Das Land Vorarlberg plant nun das Ausbruchsmaterial beim Projekt „Stadttunnel Feldkirch“ künftig mit elektrisch betriebenen Lastkraftwagen (E-LKW) abzutransportieren. Diese Umstellung ergibt sich aus unvorhersehbaren technologischen Entwicklungen im Bereich Elektromobilität und stellt eine zweckmäßige Anpassung im Rahmen des Allianzmodells dar. Die Änderung bietet sowohl ökologische als auch wirtschaftliche Vorteile und ist vertraglich im Sinne des „Best for Project“-Prinzips gedeckt. Weitere technische und rechtliche Details sind der beigefügten Ausführung zu entnehmen. Durch die Änderung reduziert sich der Auftragswert von EUR 178.194.235,79 auf EUR 164.694.235,79.
