Description

Le contrat de partenariat a pour objet de concevoir, restructurer, réhabiliter, réaliser des travaux d'efficacité énergétique, financer en partie, et assurer la maintenance et le gros entretien renouvellement ainsi que réaliser certaines prestations de services, notamment de déménagement/emménagement des laboratoires de sciences.
Par ailleurs, le contrat obligera le partenaire à des engagements de performance énergétiques. Le projet concerne:
Les bâtiments d'enseignement, de recherche et d'administration d'AMU, soit (i) le TPR 1, (ii) la partie du TPR 2 affectée à AMU et (iii) le bâtiment «Hexagone».
La démolition de l'actuelle bibliothèque universitaire (à l'exclusion de toutes les prestations portant sur la démolition de l'amphi A).
L'exploitation, sous forme de recettes annexes, des antennes-relais téléphonie implantées sur les toitures terrasse du bâtiment TPR2 (à l'exclusion de toutes prestations portant sur la réalisation et l'exploitation de distributeurs automatiques de billets).
