Description

ICP (Inlecom Commercial Pathways CLG) is a not-for-profit organisation based in Ireland that supports the protection of intellectual property arising from European Commission (EC) funded R&D projects. As part of our procurement and due-diligence process, we are requesting quotations for patent analytical services related to forthcoming patent filings in several projects. In particular, we are seeking pricing and turnaround times for: • Freedom to Operate (FTO) Reports - Europe, Europe & US, and Worldwide scopes • Patent Licensability (Patent Licensing) reports - Europe, Europe & US, and Worldwide scopes This request forms part of a formal tender covering the period November 1, 2025 to December 31, 2029 (4 years). Across the 4 years we anticipate seeking assistance with several reports each year. Consequently, ICP is looking to identify a firm that can provide these reports on a recurring basis over the coming months and years to support/complement patent filings and commercialisation planning within our EC-funded R&D initiatives. We require quotations for these two reports in the aforementioned juristitions to be sent by email by close of business on Wednesday 22th October 2025.
