The object of the procurement is to carry out the works ‘Modernisation, rehabilitation and voltage improvement in the low-voltage networks managed by Delgaz Grid – Stage 1 – Elaboration of technical – economic documentation (PTh+CS+DTAC+DDE phase), supply of products and execution of works – 8 lots’, consisting of: A. Elaboration of technical and economic documentation (PTh+CS+DTAC+DDE phase) B. Execution of works in the medium voltage network/transformation station: New transformer stations will be installed in the concrete envelope and power transformers will be replaced if measurements and calculations require this. Replace old type medium voltage fuse frames with new fuse frames with included ZnO dischargers. Replace/repair trafo platforms if necessary. Replace the distribution boxes and columns 0, 4 kV general and on departures, which will be appropriately sized according to the power of the transformers, if applicable. If the distribution box is replaced, a separate flash point for public lighting will be installed. There will be measured/improved/mounted earth sockets of corresponding values. Entire installations shall be marked in accordance with IP-SSM 33 – Safety and/or health signalling of electrical installations, of DELGAZ GRID. C. Works in the low voltage network will replace the classical and insulated undersized, damaged conductors, innate with twisted conductors NFA2X 50 Ol-Al 3x95+2x25 mmp, so as to meet the requirements of the technical norms in force and the standardization of DELGAZ GRID. The existing cracked, non-compliant network pillars will be replaced with new, properly sized pillars, and where possible they will be removed from private properties and placed on the public domain. All the inclined pillars will be straightened. Underground networks will be built in certain areas, in accordance with the requirements of the urbanism certificates. Distribution lines will be installed. The circuits will be reconfigured, by making new circuits, for framing within the allowed limits of voltage drops, if applicable. Selectivity boxes shall be mounted so that installations are provided with protection against short-circuit currents and grounding. Section boxes will be mounted in case of looping with other circuits. Inappropriate ground outlets will be measured/improved. Sockets of corresponding values shall be installed. The low voltage connections will be modernized throughout the station area respecting the constructive solutions presented in the technical solution for making connections developed by DELGAZ GRID: SOT 17_A2 - Constructive solutions for the construction of connections in the case of modernization and repair works. Entire installations shall be marked in accordance with IP-SSM 33 – Safety and/or health signalling of electrical installations, of DELGAZ GRID. Provisional insurance for the duration of the works and other additional works, necessary for compliance with the provisions of the performance standard, Order no. 11/2016, regarding the duration of interruptions. D. Acquisition and delivery of all materials and equipment necessary to carry out all works. The procurement is broken down into 8 (eight) lots according to Chapter II.2 List of lots.
