Description

The subject of the contracts awarded in the established DNS will be the regular delivery of natural gas to the delivery points with the assumption of responsibility for quality deviations corresponding to the technical conditions of the distribution system operator, in compliance with the relevant applicable legislation of the Slovak Republic, technical conditions and standards and operating rules of the distribution system operator (hereinafter referred to as DSO) for the contractual period for each delivery point, in an estimated quantity of about 4304.00 MWh for 1 calendar year, i.e. about 17216.00 MWh for 60 months (years 2022 to 2026) for all delivery points of the contracting authority.
